I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to Lester's family and friends during this difficult time. I was extremely saddened to hear of his recent passing. I will sincerely miss his visits to the eye department. I will also miss him telling me "that I have cold hands, only to reply afterward, that it must mean that I have a warm heart."
