DEAR BARB AND CHILDREN, ALL THE WONDERFUL THINGS THAT PEOPLE HAD SAID ABOUT LESTER WAS SO NICE TO HEAR. I am sadend by the loss of my friend, i am a co-worker at H.B. McClure Co. As i ponder and sift through how Lester carried himself as a man a gentleman, a true gentleman, i will remember most his commitment for the gifts he shared during his life on earth. His wife and children were always worn on his heart. The love he had for Crist, most easy going man of simplicity i have meet. I am happy that i had time to share some of lifes matters with such a kind...

We are so sorry to read of your loss, Barbara and family and Evelyn, and brothers and sisters.
Lester was the technician for our air conditioning systems in my in-laws' house and in ours. He was always thorough, careful, friendly, and answered questions carefully. We so appreciated his help, especially since we had two different systems to keep track of.
We will miss him.
You will be in our thoughts and prayers in the days and weeks ahead.

Lester physically left us, he will forever be in my heart, not just as my Loving Brother that I grew up with, but as a Boy who grew up to become a Man, Husband, and Father to 6 lovely children. He has Blessed us all. May God give you peace, for His promise is Eternal Life with Him.

While our earthly journey is short, Lester made the most of his journey in his quiet, humble way while sprinkling laughter into our lives and making a positive impression on those he met along the path he traveled. As I typed that last line, I'm thinking that for the short time I've known you, those same beautiful characteristics describe you, too! What a blessing to have those traits as husband and wife...
