My name is A'Mas and i was Mr Miller's personal trainer for 3 years. I truly appreciated his presence and drive for functional fitness, and boxing routines. I nicknamed Lester the master of the 2 minute round with awesome effort every session. Our common bond of being former marines and our discussions of his childhood living on Regina Street in Harrisburg. I truly enjoyed working with Lester and appreciate getting to know this really cool gentleman. Rest well my friend .
