Some of my earliest childhood memories were of my days spent at the La Loma house with Timmy.Climbing bamboo, chasing peaocks, selling kool-aid on the corner , playing with the meltable green army men, garage bands.
Leta no doubt knew I loved those chocolate covered grahm crackers and would survey my eyeing of them and then say" Timmy, would you and Bobby like some cookies and milk...oh yea.
She always treated me with a smile and kindness. Sorry for your loss Armstrong family.

I was so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. I lived across the street on Norwood in Tustin and grew up with Dave, Dick, Joan, Betsy, and Tim and their wonderful MOM and DAD. We always looked forward to the trips to Estro Bay in Mexico, (forgive the spelling) I absolutely loved the way they built a home for the 2 weeks, or maybe more, that we were there. They taught me so much and loved me as I was one of the family. Thank you and love you for all the times we ate the bad crackers and...
