My condolences to The Garrett Family. I will always cherish the memories l have of Mrs Garrett, she was a great & loving teaching. I was in her class from 1st-3rd grade at Adelaide Davis Elementary School in SE Wash., DC. I was still in touch w/ her off/on during my adult life until September 2000 that's the last time l had seen or spoken w/ her at my Mom's funeral. May she rest in Paradise.
