Read MoreI met Levita when we both began formation in the Daughters of Charity in 1964. Levita was always bigger than life, full of fun, thoughtfulness, caring. She added so much life to every situation. I´m so sorry that I wasn´t around to know of her passing. So glad she had family around to care for her. I´ll tell the other sisters about her death.

I worked with Levita for many years at Springhill Memorial Hospital. I have many fond memories of those times. She was one-of-a-kind and I'll remember her always. My prayers to her loved ones - and I pray that she rests in peace.
