I had the pleasure of working for him at Miami Chapel School while in high school. He was very funny and kind to everyone. He taught me great ethic. It didn't matter what your title was from Janitor to Principal. I'm grateful to have crossed paths with Mr. Hicks. I'm sure he touched other lives as well in a positive manner.
