He was a partner at our law firm in NJ; he shared 100% of everything we all earned and never failed to inquire about your good fortune! He never failed to say hi after he exited his limo either. He never spoke about his endless, endless accomplishments, preferring to focus just on yours - he was well known for his humble attitude and modesty - what a guy he was! He was a really unusual guy and hopefully they broke the mold when they made him!

The news of Lewis Katz death was a shock. My prayers go to his family and many friends as you face life without him. I met Lewis long ago as we both traveled from Philly to NY on the train.
