SAVINAR, Lewis One of the best. A good, honorable and caring person. A fantastic husband to Joan, it was always "Joan and Lewis," never one without the other. Loved beyond belief by his children Lorie, David (Rita) and Hilary (Steve) and his grandchildren Andrew, Michael and Nathan. A friend to...

Not sure what to say?

To Louis' Family, This is so strange, I was just telling my adult daughter, remenicing suddenly out of the blue at age 77, what a wonderful person Louis was. I met him while at Birmingham High School and we had a couple of lovely friend only dates. He was so handsome in his beautiful kindness, and caring nature. I hadn't thought about him for years but this evening talking to my daughter, he popped into my fond memory bank. I am so sorry to hear of his passing but glad to hear of his...

He and i were always on the same page in business.

Lewis always took care of the little guy. He made sure that if you made the time to see him, he made the visit worth while. I loved it when Lewis would call and say remember Savinar Luggage, we are a small account in L.A. I will always remember Lewis, with respect and admiration

I'm so sorry for your loss to you and
your family with my sincerest sympathies.
He was a humble and kind person.

Sue Bloom, Seattle Washington

I was a fill-in tennis player who made his foursome on occasion. Lewis was a true gentleman as a partner or opponent. Always upbeat, interesting, and a truly wonderful person. He'll be missed by many at Malibu Racquet Club.

It was an honor and a pleasure to do business with Lewis. He will be greatly missed. Richard Krulik (Briggs & Riley Travelware)

THE BEST NEIGHBOR YOU COULD EVER HAVE

STEVE WALLACE

One of my favorite customers, Lewis Savinar was always a joy to be with. I looked forward to my dinners with Lewis, Joan and my sales rep. Neil. He was a genuine nice guy who enjoyed life. I will really miss him. Jeff Thaw (Boyt Luggage)

Full of humor and kindess. Always a great competitor. A wonderful friend to my Uncle and Aunt. His smile had not changed through the years. When I saw him at my Uncle Richard's 90th surprise birthday party a few months ago, his warmth and friendship shined. Lewis will be missed.
