Libby Phyllis SABRIN

Libby was a wonderful woman. I was also one of the many children she cared for over the years! She taught me how to play rummikub, make chiken soup, and most of all to be thankful for all that I have! I will miss her very much.

My love and prayers are with the Sabrin family and friends. Libby obviously was a remarkable inspiration to many people. Her son Max, who is like a brother to me, is a living testament to her talents as a mother and a loving, caring human being. I feel blessed to have been touched by the warmth and spirit of this extraordinary woman.

Libby was my dear friend. I loved her for so many reasons but most of all because she loved life and loved people - all people. Amazing , after all that she went through during the holocaust -losing her whole family , nearly losing her eldest son that she harbored no resentment infact just the opposite. I would like to send my sincere condolences to the Sabrin Family. I grew up in Sayerville and was one of the many children Libby watched and cared for. The time I spent with her gave me many fond memories.
