Not sure what to say?

I was 14 years old when my Mother enrolled me in Miss Libby's Modeling and Finishing School in Charlotte. More than 50 years later, I still remember and practice all the good manners and etiquette she taught me. And I can still set a formal dinner table. Thank you for making me a Lady. RIP, Miss Libby.

Libby. You were my Godmother. My mother was from Detroit. She was a singer also and sang with Carl Helms Orchestra in NC. My mother modeled for Libby also. I wish I had known you in my adult life.

Libby, you were one of the first people I met when I moved to Charlotte in 2003. You immediately put me to work and also introduced me to Candy. It was because of my friendship with Candy that I enjoyed everything Charlotte and the Carolinas had to offer. After moving back to LA in 2007, I never forgot you and always asked how you were doing when speaking or texting Candy. I will miss you forever.

Dear beautiful Libby - in the late 50's/early 60's you were my 'idol' & taught me many things (including but not limited to not biting my nails). I babysat for you on occasion (I guess one of the now grown women). You were always my "perfect person." Love Karen

Wonderful life, talent, mother and friend. Rest easy Miss Libby.

What a unique woman and wonderful human being! Libby was a good friend to know through the 1980's-90's. We had many good times and I am sure her family will miss her greatly! She lived life to the fullest and I know she is singing somewhere in heaven...

I was a student in her Business Etiquette class at King'' s. She was an elegant and refined lady and was the first person to ever pluck this country girl's overgrown eyebrows. God bless her.
