Not sure what to say?

Sarah, Bob, and family,
My condolences on your loss.
Peace and prayers,
Kathy Barnes

Dear family, I am so sorry for your loss. What a legacy, Dr. K leaves for us! I work with her both at RMH's NICU and then at Swedes years later as we worked to upgrade there. I learned so much from her- not just professionally, but personally. She was so caring, yet firm and confident in her decisions and priorities. The laughter, kindness and care of my beloved “American” aunt Lida remain in my heart. Her dedication, integrity, drive for excellence and gender equality, leading by example in an unassuming way, as well as her unconditional love for her family, are an inspiration for all. Our deepest sympathy to the whole family.

Dear Bob, Sarah, Evan and Sophia,
We pray you find comfort in remembering the wonderful memories Lida left behind. Love, Johanna and Steve

I was married to Dr Lida Kechavarz . In more than 50 years of medical practice I have never known a physician as concerned about her patients as she was. REST IN PEACE LIDA.

Lida was a very dear friend and a very special lady. I was privileged to know her and will miss her smile and company.

Lida was a force! She brought excellence to the NICU, but I knew her best as a marvelous hostess who opened her house for all-day Super Bowl parties and many other fun gatherings. She had a great laugh...
