Lila Ashby Thacker

I know I'm super late, but I was a caregiver for Lila for a few years and became very close with her and Ted and her daughter Marilee and her husband John. I house sat for them and loved them like my own family. I went to Ted's funeral and spoke as well of our funny moments together she crosses my mind often and I just found her obituary. My condolences to the family she was an amazing woman and gave me the love of skip bo she is greatly missed.

To Lila's family Just heard about your mothers passing. Sorry for your loss.

Our memories of Aunt Lila are mostly from the time she lived in Vernal, Utah and was raising her young family there.
How happy she always was! What a joy to listen to the laughter of the Thacker family!
Lila and her husband, Ted taught their children to sing, dance and love life.
How grateful, as their cousins, we are to have their example of courage, hope and a positive attitude in any situation.
