May each of us be blessed in Lillianna's deep Eternal Peace! I only knew this woman of vibrant faith from the loving and supportive comments of some of my SNJM teachers at Marylhurst University over the years. How Lillianna graced all of God's People is her genuine praise of God and now we can continue her ministry in our own, working for peace and justice and establishing God's Kingdom this side of Heaven.

I am thankful for the gift of Lillanna. She was a woman of vision with a profound understanding of Vatican II. Her development of a free-form religious community based on a collegial and consensual model has been a gift to many. Her creation of Sisters For Christian Community, developed during the women’s movement, has empowered women to work for an egalitarian society.

I had Sr. Audrey for my sociology teacher when I was a young sister. She was an excellent teacher and person. May she rest in peace knowing the good she has done all her life.

My prayerful condolences to the family as we mourn the loss of a dear sister and friend. I joined the SFCC in 1985 and I was blessed with meeting Lillana in 1993 SFCC nternational Assembly in Milwaukee, WI. I found her to be so charismatic, Vatican II spirited religious. She personally asked me to serve as a liason to the Filipino SFCC and I offered this service role for as long as I was needed. Now the Filipino SFCC Region is really blossoming, living the vision and mission, life style and...

She was a good friend to my father, Richard Rossman, with whom she shared a dining table at Assumption. I enjoyed talking to her when I visited, and wish I had know of her accomplishments. She was unassuming yet interested in our lives. Dad said she wanted to know about his wartime experiences and such. I give thanks for her life and commitment to making the world a better place. May your memories sustain you during this time. Judy Rossman

Even though I never met Lillanna, I am eternally grateful to her for the wonderful community of Sisters I belong to. I spoke to her twice and felt her love for each of us. Thank You! Eternal Rest
