Not sure what to say?

I have so many wonderful things I could say about Lil,I wouldn't know where to begin or end.She was a wonderful friend, sometimes like a mother.I went to visit her often when she lived on Urish Road in Topeka. She was always there to listen, whether it be serious, or just a fun conversation.I haven't seen Lil for several years, although I had tried to talk to her on the phone. That was almost impossible due to her hearing loss.At least she knew I was thinking of her.Robbie,I never really knew...

Grandma,
I remember being a child and you let me play the guitar and sing my cowboy songs for you. Those were the last memories I had of your loving face. Even though the world pulled us far apart you managed to help me through one of the most difficult years of my young adult life. I never was able to thank you and tell you how meaningful it truly was.
May the passing to the next world bring calm and peace to all that adorn your memory!

Mom Barker was an amazing lady and one of the reasons why Delta Chi was the house for me. She taught us manners, encouraged us and was hard on us when we needed some tough love. The men of Delta Chi were better for having her in our lives. She will be missed.

Lillian was a joy to work with during my years at KP&L in the late 70's and early 80's. I remember especially a wonderful evening at her lake cabin when she invited a small group out there for dinner. What a wonderful lady!

So very sorry to read this. Lil was quite a lady, dressed like no other, so classy. I'll always remember Robbie & Betty bringing her to Irene Hurst's 90th birthday party luncheon at my home and getting together with one another. Lil, Margaret Lowry & Irene enjoying one another one last time. You all have my sincere sympathy.

Betty, I am sorry for her passing but delighted to learn she lived such a long and eventful life. She and you are in our prayers.

Scott

My condolences are with Ms. Lillian's family at this difficult time. May you find a measure of comfort in kind words of others as well as precious memories you shared with your loved one. May the God of tender mercies continue with you as well.

Robbie, I have fond memories of your mom as being so kind while we were kids. I have thought of her and you many times over the years. - Lowell

Sorry for your loss.
