Lillian M. Brooks

My mother elicited Lillian Brooks to paint a trio of paintings of our family cabin on a pond outside the city limits of Hahira in the 1980’s. They are treasured pieces to us, and are being passed along to the younger generation now. I recall how carefully she took photos at all hours of day and night to use in her paintings. I am the last to have one taken at night. It is one of my favorites of her trio. She was a wonderful talent.
