It was with sadness that we learned of the passing of Ms. Carmel. I am greatful that I had to opportunity to know a person of her chartcer, ability, morals,loyalty and the dedication she gave to her work. Ms. Carmel served as my Executive Scretary as the director of the Westover Job Corps Center. She had a quality of expertise that so many of us benifitted from.
