Not sure what to say?

Dear Lillian,
I just received the news of your death. I will miss you. It was certainly fun to share stories of life, the ups and downs. You will always be remembered for your mirth, generosity and the grace in which you carried yourself. You have been a shining example to us all and I have been blessed for the knowing of you. Farewell friend.

Dear family of Lillian: I was Lillian's mailman for about 6 years and am VERY sad to hear of her passing. I had just stopped at Arbor Hospice on Tuesday, Nov. 8th and was told she was never there. I am heartbroken that I did not get to say "good-bye" to her one last time. My prayers go out to her family.

Lillian, I'll forever remember you as you were when last we met. You looked lovely in your baby blue sweater. Your eyes may not have seen so well but they certainly sparkled. Your sense of humor and smile made me happy. I loved your stories of getting together with your girlfriends. I hope that wherever you are, you are (in your own words) "royally happy".
Fare well, Stephanie
