Lil comes to mind often when remembering our time together camping with our daughters; especially at Mt Baker trying to put up the big tent in the dark.

I think about you when I come home from work and am cooking dinner for the three of us.
I think about you when I'm loading yet another load of wash so there will be clean clothes to wear tomorrow.
I think about you when both Phil and I are coordinating getting to school, soccer, taekwondo, baseball, parent-teacher conferences, the grocery store - what's for dinner and making sure homework is done.
I think about you, and sigh a heavy sigh and wonder how you did all of...

Dear Teresa and Trina-
I am so sorry to hear about your mother's death. I saw her briefly last year when she was visiting my mom, and I was hoping that we could all get together. I have such fond memories of our childhood years camping and skiing. I work on a ship in Alaska, and will not be able to attend the memorial service, but please know that I will be thinking of you.

Lil, you will be missed. Thank you for including me in all the camping trips, the hiking trips and sleep-overs with Trina and Teresa. It was at your house that I had my first taco, my first sloppy joe and where I learned that there are a gazillion-and-one ways to cook an egg. I’ve known you for as long as I can remember and I will miss you.

I am so sorry to hear about Lil's passing. She played an important role in the extended family of my childhood..as did her vibrant daughters, Trina and Teresa. My sympathies to you both and to the rest of your family who are grieving from this loss.I often think of our adventurous times together, especially when hiking or skiing in the beautiful Northwest— or driving past the Denny Creek Campground sign.
Much Love,
Victoria

So many memories Lil of the good times we've had together. We sure had a blast being single mothers with active girls. Thank goodness for USAG and the many campouts we shared with others. I think I learned a lot about generosity and good humor by hanging out with you for those years. I know that Victoria and Katie carry those good memories of times spent with Trina and Teresa.
I will never forget the disaster we had when we arrived Friday evening at Baker Lake before the others so we...
