Dear Ed, Tom, and Linda,
I have wonderful memories of your mother. She was a classy lady, an excellent teacher, and an inspiration to me to also become a teacher. My sincere condolences to all of you.

Mrs. Mayka was a great neighbor, whom I have known for over 52 years. Thanks for letting us play with your cats, even though we weren't supposed to, for letting us pick your boysenberries and look down your well. I will never forget the day you "baby sat" me as an adult when I was so sick. You made such a wonderful day for me just by being there, eating lunch with me, chatting and watching tv. You are a special lady, who will be missed.

My sympathies to the Mayka family.

I knew Mrs. Mayka from the guidance department at Crestwood High School. She helped many people through those turbulent high school years.

She will be missed.

Ms. Linda and family,
I am very sorry to hear of your loss and wanted to let you know that you're in my thoughts and prayers. I send my deepest condolences.
