Not sure what to say?

We are so sorry for the world's loss of Lillian. We however experience her loving Spirit through her incredible Son. Thank you Lillian for raising such a Beautiful Soul- our incredible, giving and loving friend Bill.

Mrs. McDermott was one of my favorite teachers at Maplewood School. She always made us feel special. I was just recently telling my daughter and granddaughter about how she always had such a great suntan. It's funny some things that we remember as kids. My thoughts and prayers are with all of her family and friends. What an angel Heaven just welcomed!

Sincere condolences from the Vielkind family on the passing of one of our mom's dearest friends. Now they can catch up on the last five years.
Rest in peace "Aunt Lil",
David, Paula, and Tricia Vielkind

Dear Bill, Dorothy, Ed White and the McDermott Family, My deepest sympathy in the loss of Lillian,a role model-- in the education field and those of us from Maplewood. May She Rest in Peace! Prayerfully, Jean Haitko Murphy

Our sincere sympathy to Lillian's family. She was a beautiful person with a great sense of humor. She and her husband Bill were friends with our parents.

Dear Dottie,
So much has transpired since our days on the Cohoes Road.
I was so saddened to read about Lillian's passing--she was a beautiful lady.
Will remember you both in my prayers.

She was an institution at Maplewood school. A great teacher, I can always picture her smile as we filed into class. I would see her for lunch sometimes when I came into town to visit my Mom until her health became an issue. She was an absolute class act and will be missed.

Auntie L, No more suffering. I know you were welcomed home by Baba, Gigi, my Dad, Cindy and John, and of course Uncle Bill. Love Always
