Not sure what to say?

Hildy - I was very sorry to hear your Mom died - she was a very nice, very smart woman who contributed a great deal to children's health. I'm glad that she had such good care and that you had such wonderful support from your family.

Dear Hildy,

I am sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. It was nice that you and your family were able to surround her with love for her transition.

Hi Hildy,
Sorry to hear about your mom's death. What an impressive life she had! A woman graduating from medical school in 1951 is no small accomplishment. From reading the other entries it sounds like she had a very positive impact in many lives.

Dear Julie,

Please accept my condolences on your mother's death, and my apologies for this somewhat impersonal format. I am very glad I had the opportunity to meet her on one of your visits to Brookline. She really seemed to handle her illness with a remarkable spirit. It sounds like she had as good a death as possible, but I'm sure her absence will not be easy. If you're coming up this way, let me know if you'd like to get together.

With love,
Marcia

Dear Hildy, Julie, and Peter:
Your mother was a wonderful and impressive woman, whom I felt honored to meet. She was so intelligent and interested in others, and she was an amazing cook! I'm sure she was a wonderful physician and mother. Sorry for your loss; our lives were all brightened by her presence.

We were so sorry to hear about your loss. Your memories will help to heal you.

Dear Julie, and Hildy and Peter,

I am so sorry to hear of you mother's passing. What a gentle and wise woman she was. What a wonderful family she has and what a full life she led. Thinking of you all. With much sympathy and love,
Lynn

Dear Julie and Family,
I am saddened to hear of your mother's passing. I feel lucky that I was able to get to know her a little bit on her visits to Pittburgh when you lived here. She was an amazing woman who passed on so much care, concern, and knowledge to you and your family. I hope with time, and the love and caring of friends and family your pain will lessen.

My thoughts are with you all.
Love,
Abby
