Dear Pearson Family, Helen was a good friend through the years. She is a sweet, dear person, and it is a privilege to know her. She was a unique, talented woman with many accomplishments. When I was thinking intently about her upon learning of her passing, I felt the Spirit of the Lord in my home, and I could also feel Helen's presence. "God Be With You 'Til We Meet Again," Helen. Thank you, Will, for being our Home Teacher way back when. My love and condolences.

Dear Pearson Family,
I was privilaged enough to be on the same softball team as your mother when I was a teen and in my early twenties. She not only rocked on the pitching mound, she was a great lady who always knew what direction she wanted her life to go. I appreciated her many words of wisdom. She was a great lady who touched many lives. I am sorry for your loss. She will be remembered by many!

Dear Pearson and Hales Family,
Memories of Helen go back many years, as we grew up in Magna. She has always been a remarkable lady, one that inspires others. She has such a fun, loving spirit that could teach, and help. She has not been a beautiful snowflake to melt away, she leaves her imprint on everyone. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Sincerely,

I was a student of Helen's Spanish classes at Brockbank. I have always appreciated the exactness she expected to learn the language. Because of the training she gave, I have built upon that training and have been able to use Spanish constantly since then. As my own children learned Spanish, I taught them to use her same techniques because they worked. Not only was she a great teacher but she was also a friend. I enjoyed talking with her after classes, I visited her while I was in high...

Miss Hales was my home room (English) teacher at Brockbank. One assignment was to find a poem to read in class. I located a small poetry book at home and read the entire thing. Those wonderful classic poems will remain in my memory forever, thanks to Miss Hales.
My heart go out to you at this time and in the days ahead.
