Lillian lived next door to me in our Southampton apartments for several years. She grew up as the youngest of 5 children. Many times when I visited her she talked about each of her siblings and what it was like growing up in a family of 4 girls and one boy during the time of the Depression. She loved sharing her memories of her family and others who were once a big part of her life. I will always cherish those visits, and all the chocolate snacks we shared while chatting. RIP my friend...
