To Rev. Irby and Family,
May the peace of God be with you. Our families have shared so many good times and memories. Ms. Irby was a big part of our lives while growing up at Triumphant Baptist Church. Her and my mother/grandmother (Mrs. Janie St. John) became the best of friends. Now, they are once again together, seated at the foot of God's Throne. We love you and pray that you find strength in the Lord during your time of bereavement.

To
The Irby Family: Mrs. Irby was one of the best. She always had a

Hope & Family

Deacon Joan Peck,
My prayers are with you and your family during your time of loss. Even as you will cetainly miss the physical presence of your mother, the pleasant memories will keep her alive in your heart forever. Take comfort in knowing that there is no better place to be than home with the Lord.

I met Mrs. Irby(Granny as I called her in school) while I was a student at John F. Kennedy. She would always give me the best cookies in the bunch whenever I came through the lunch line. I enjoyed seeing Mrs. Irby's smile. I remember how happy I was the first time I saw her at church(7th Street). I said, "There go Granny the cookie lady". I am sure going to miss Mrs. Irby.

To Edna and the Irby family, I was deeply saddened to learn of your mother's passing. I remember her so well from the early 70's. Please know that my heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. May God continue to bless you and keep you.
