My sincere condolences to the family! Mrs. CLEGGETT was my 5th grade teacher in 1984/85. She is the reason I pursued my degree in elementary education. She made such a positive impression on generations of students.

Mrs. Cleggett was my 5th grade teacher in 1978. One of the few Black teachers I had back then. I can’t overstate the impact her mere presence had! I tell Mrs. Cleggett stories to this day! I think about her often. R.I.P. My condolences to the family.
