Linda Amendola-Cerbo

Linda Amendola-Cerbo of North Providence, RI, died peacefully August 30, 2013 at Miriam Hospital in Providence. She was the wife of Joseph Cerbo. Linda was born in New Haven July 23, 1968 a daughter of Anthony Michael and Carmela DiPino Amendola. Sister of Mary Grace Amendola, Lorraine Thomasson, Anthony Amendola Jr. and the late Joseph Amendola. Loving aunt of Juliana Thomasson, Daniel and Perry Cerbo. She worked as a dealer and supervisor at the Mohegan Sun Casino and was also a dealer at the MGM. She was a member of the St. Andrew's Ladies Society. Linda's family would like to offer special thanks to the oncology unit at Miriam Hospital, especially the CNA's, nurses and doctors who gave her such loving care. Her funeral will leave from the IOVANNE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 11 Wooster Pl. Wednesday morning at 9:30 for a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael's Church at 10. Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery. Visiting hours will be Wednesday morning from 8-9:30.
