I did not know Linda personally, but I grew up in Alpha. Her father and my father certainly knew each other. Please accept my condolences on her passing. It sounds as though she lived a life of true meaning and importance.

I was deeply saddened to learn the news of Linda’s passing. A light went out in this world that is now brightening heaven’s door. I had the pleasure and honor of working with Linda during my tenure at Liberty High School. Linda was caring, compassionate and dedicated to her position there as counselor, confidante, colleague and friend. Her cheerful spirit brought joy to all those who worked with her. Her great ability to empathize brought comfort and understanding to students and staff alike....

Sincere condolences to Linda's family, from Paul and Cheryl Muthig. God's newest angel is a very special one.

When Linda became ill and left our school, the loss was tremendous. Liberty needed Linda like a person needs air. She was significant and necessary. She made things happen that needed to happen. She touched hundreds of hearts. And someone like her comes few and far between. I am so glad the struggle is over but, oh what a light went out. Shine on in her memory. Be kind, be peaceful, be worthy of being someone’s hero. She made me want to be better. I mourn her loss.
