A friend with big heart who was a life-long learner! Very special!

It has been years since I left Arizona, but I have thought of you often. You were filled to the brim with talent, kindness and energy! You made a difference in so many lives even with your effervescent smile!! I found out from Jan Tuckerman, Nancy Sher's sister-in-law. I was very sad to hear you faced challenging times up to the last moment. Thank you for being in my life for a few brief, but meaningful moments! You taught me many life lessons.

I taught at Copperwood with Linda and am so sorry to hear of her early passing.
Yes...Linda always smiled, had a positive outlook, and drove her PT Cruiser with pride.

Having retired from Peoria School District in 2004 and having moved to the east side of town, I have not seen many of our former friends from Copperwood, but we were quite a crew and genuinely cared about each other.

Linda, I owe you so much. You stood by me through thick and thin. Thank you so much for all you did for me! Your kindness and affection was and will never be forgotten. The joy you spread with your whimsey will never be forgotten. You will surely be missed by those you were close to you. You were such a big part of my life and even though the years have long sent us on our separate ways, I know your path ended with you being with God. I am so sorry about the loss of Bloomie. I hope you will be comforted by prayer to God during this difficult time. We look forward to the time when cancer is a thing of the past!
