Not sure what to say?

So I just finished watching the documentary "Breaking the Silence" and from the minute Linda spoke I immediately wanted to meet her. I decided I would google her name once I finished watching the film. However, the dedication line in her memory at the end let me know this wouldn't be possible and it brought tears to my eyes. I just know she was a kind and an incredible human being who just wanted to serve her country. She touched me in a way that I haven't felt in a long time.

What can I say? I can't believe she's gone... my dear dear friend - such a bright light in a sometimes dark world. Lived life; gave back to the nation and humanity in so many ways; and left a lasting legacy. She will be greatly missed - by me and by many.

You made a difference for all of us, thank you! May you rest in peace in the arms of your love, Nancy.

Linda was a dear friend, and my boss at HUD for many years. I will always remember her for her smile and her cheery disposition. She was always positive, non-judgemental and a quiet force for what was right. My love and respect remains even with her passing. God bless you, Linda.
