I met Linda at work for Skagit County we parked next to each other every morning rain or shine we rolled down are window and talked until it was time to go in to work. After she left the county we still talked on the phone I would catch her up on what was going on here at work we had lots to talk about! I will miss our talks and really miss her laugh. Rest now I will see you again my friend. Vickie Hicks
