AUBURN-Linda M. (White) Davis, 42, of Jay ST., died Wednesday, May 19th in her home.
She leaves her beloved husband of 19 years, Barry L. Davis; her two children, Brittany and Matthew Davis, both at home; her mother, Dorothy M. (Belanger) White Manning of Millbury; her sister, Dorothy M. “Dolly” Lucier of Oxford; her brother, Ronald E. White of Millbury and many nephews and nieces.. She was the daughter of the late Edmund J. White.
She was born in Worcester, raised in Shrewsbury and Millbury and has lived here for 10 years. She graduated from Millbury High School and Burdett College, Boston.
Linda has worked as an administrative assistant in the Chancery offices of the Diocese of Worcester for the past several years. Previously, she had worked for Gentiva in Auburn and for the Visiting Nurse Association of Webster.
She was an active member of St. Joseph’s Parish in Auburn.
Her funeral will be celebrated on Monday, May 24th from the Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 Central St., with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Joseph’s Church, 189 Oxford St., Auburn. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours Sunday, May 23rd from 5-8 PM in the funeral home.
