Farmington, New Hampshire: Linda Marie Devaney, age 42 of Winter Street in Farmington, died early Thursday morning, November 6, 2003 at home, due to lung cancer.
Born July 26, 1961 in Boston, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late James and Ruth (Hannington) Ellis. She resided in this area for nineteen years, having come from Boston.
Linda was employed as a Copy Center Specialist with Staples in Rochester and Portsmouth.
Survivors include her husband: Edward William Devaney, Sr. of Farmington, 2 sons: James Edward Devaney of Farmington and Edward Devaney, Jr. of Norfolk, Virginia, 3 daughters: Linda Marie Devaney of Farmington, Robin Devaney of Farmington and Kelly-Anne Devaney of Kittery, Maine, 8 grandchildren: Jonathan, Tabetha, Kerri-anne, Jason, Erin, Eddie, Hailey and Gavin, 4 brothers: William Ellis of Walpole, MA, Arthur Ellis, Casey Ellis and Eddie Ellis, all of Miami, FL, 2 sisters: Ann Devaney of Brockton, MA and Joanie Ainsley of Charlestown, MA, also many Nieces and Nephews, including: Wayne and Carol Cummings of Roslindale, MA.
Calling hours are Sunday evening from 7-9 pm at Peaslee Funeral Home 32 Central Street Farmington, NH. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday November 10, 2003 at 11:00 am at the Nute Ridge Bible Chapel on Nute's Road in W. Milton, NH with Rev. Richard Arnold, pastor officiating.
