Not sure what to say?

Sadly, I learned of Linda's death from another high school friend who published a list of the members of our graduating class that had earned their angel wings. Linda and I were dear friends in high school. We both played clarinet for the Clarksville High School marching band and orchestra. She was one of the most talented, yet humble people you could ever meet. I am very sad to say we lost touch after she went to Oxford but I am sure she did great things in her short life. My prayers go...

After many years, I was just thinking of Linda and found this terrible news on the internet. I am very sorry to hear of her death. I knew her in Raleigh. There is not much I can say to describe what a fine person she was that won't sound like hyperbole, so I will just say she was a very kind and loving person.

I had the privilege of getting to know Linda as a fellow student at Vanderbilt. She was endowed with a sublime sense of humor and brilliant mind packaged in this shy, humble , unassuming persona that made her one of the most admirable people I have known. I feel a light has left us; I know it will shine brightly in heaven.

I send my heartfelt condolences to Linda's family. I will always remember her as a lovely woman whose unfailing, soft-spoken charm and ready smile spoke volumes about her attitude toward life.
Rob Penzer (one of Linda's medical school classmates)

I was so sorry to hear about Linda. I lived with her when I first moved to Boston in 1985. I can still see her smile and hear her funny laugh-she was a good friend and a humble, kind person-she will be missed.

Linda touched my life in medical school in ways that she could not have known, as I am sure she did in so many other lives. Linda so smart and sweet, I can still see her smile, hear her laughter, feel her warmth. Her courage is an inspiration to all, Linda's journey in this world too short. God must have called her to Heaven at this time to help someone in need of her special gifts. My prayers are with her family and loved ones.

new Years Eve 2014

I loved her laugh, which I heard often, when getting together with our friends and neighbours in the complex.
