Not sure what to say?

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

I hold the warmest and most appreciative memory of Linda. I trained with her in AIT, benefiting greatly from her teaching and, more importantly, her loving, wise, and joyful presence. I am deeply sorry for her passing and extend my heartfelt condolences to her dear family.
With warmest regards,
Elizabeth Welch

My condolences to the family. I have great memories from 1967 Mrs Goranson. Only I knew her as miss sayka. My future wife was in the same class. I did get a chance to meet her new husband just after she got married. Her mom Dorothy took an interest in her students occasionally I would stop by and just chat with her. My last school moment with Mrs Goranson was when she gave my that years school transcript book the school annual. May she rest in peace.

Sadly we must postpone the Celebration of the Life of Linda until after the pandemic is over, hopefully June-August timeframe. Thanks for all your kind notes of sympathy. I hope you all can attend the Celebration. Steve Goranson and family

I am deeply grateful to have known Linda. The depth of her psycho-spiritual wisdom will continue to ripple, like a blossom dropped into a still pool of water. Steve, may you find comfort and solace around every corner.

Steve,
It has been a while since we have seen each other or talked but I want you to know how sorry I am that Linda died. My husband died in 2002 at 59 and that was difficult. You have to think back to your time in Research Triangle Park, NC and remember one of your first hires for EPA, Carolyn Chamblee. I have always appreciated your trust and enjoyed working with you then and after you moved to The Chicago Regional Office. I remember how much you loved Linda and how homesick she...

My heart was just broken when I read about Linda's passing. She & I taught school together and moved to Cincinnati together. I was right there when she met her future husband, Steve.
She was so special and I will always have great memories of our fun times.

As a family friend and my English teacher Junior year of high school ... I have fond memories of Mrs. Goranson and the entire Goranson family. Prayers and Blessings to the family ... Chelsea (Shortlidge) Comer

Linda was a caring teacher who always had nice things to say about her students. It was a pleasure to teach with her.
I was sad to read about her passing. You have my sympathies at this difficult time.
