Angelus Funeral Home - San Antonio Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear friend, Linda Marie Gracia. Linda was born August 1, 1941, and went peacefully to the Lord on November 12, 2025.  She was 84 years old.

Linda was the daughter of Arturo and Maria Gracia who preceded her in death, as well as her younger brother, Arthur Gracia. She is survived by many extended family, neighbors, and dear friends.  Linda attended Christ the King Elementary school, Providence high school, and San Antonio College.  She worked for 35 years at Kelly Air Force Base.

Linda was a devout Catholic and recited the Rosary daily. She loved reading the newspaper, enjoyed music, dancing, and anything chocolate. Linda was fiesty, warm, selfless, and kind.  She had a generous spirit and a friendly manner. She will be remembered for her sweet smile and warm hugs. May she Rest in Peace.

Special thanks to her friends, Ramiro and Julie Zapata; neighbors: Rachel and Gonzolo Flores and to her Providence Classmates; Joyce Finger, Emma Hernandez, Lucille Morales, and Marina Zamora who were constant in visiting Linda after her stroke.

Not sure what to say?

Linda has been a friend for greater than 65 years as we were in High School at Providence together. She has always had a beautiful smile, was very loving, though to the point in her dealings, a great talker, and a beautiful soul. I will always remember her fondly. I'm grateful that she is no longer suffering., and will be at the Lord's table this Thanksgiving !

Linda was a regular at our family’s multiple celebrations. She was typically the first to arrive and the last to leave sometimes even helping us pick up discarded cans and cups along the street during the early morning hours. She never forgot a birthday or anniversary of each of her family members or dear friends.

Linda was strong in faith and loved her family deeply.

We will miss her dearly.

I am so thankful to God for giving me and my family the opportunity to spend time with Linda, it was short but it was memorable! Everyone that met her fell in love with her, she was beautiful inside and out, she didn’t pretend to be someone she wasn’t, she spoke her mind, if she was curious about something, she asked. Every time Linda left her house, Linda made sure to look her best! She was a lady with style, always dressed up and could wear sunglasses like no one I know!! Her gorgeous...

Linda was my life long friend. She was very thoughtful and made me feel loved. She will be missed but I’m glad she will no longer suffer and is with God.
