I am deeply saddened to learn of Mrs. Howard's passing. My late husband, Tommie Lockhart, Jr. was hired by the Howards while a student at JCJC and he ALWAYS spoke highly of Mrs. Howard; especially her love for books!! My sincere condolences are extend to Mr. Howard and his family.
