Linda Lee Littman Jones

Linda Lee Jones, age 74, died on May 2,2018 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. Linda was born to Jack and Helen Littman in Brooklyn, NY on November 14, 1943. When she was three years old her family moved to San Francisco where she was raised. She attended Lincoln High School and San Francisco State University where she majored in Fine Arts. Linda is survived by her husband of 50 years, Roger, and her 4 children, Jessica Jones (Rich McFarling), Melissa Jones (Rob Neumann), Brian Jones (Michelle Martin), Diana Jones (John Tomasetti), and her twin sister Lois Littman (David Cooper). She was known as Mamalah by her 10 grandchildren and many others who she "adopted." She was a woman of valor, contributing to the Jewish community by providing Challah Dough for many years and helping to create a Challah making class for the children of the synagogue. Linda was a wife, mother, Mamalah, caretaker, and cook. She loved art and sewing. She loved to create anything from scratch be it food or clothing. Her legacy will live on in the hearts and lives of everyone she interacted with as well as those she reached, but never met. A Memorial Service will take place on Friday, May 18, at 2 PM at Temple Kol Tikvah in Davidson, NC.
