Linda Lenhard

Linda & I met as teachers in Bakersfield in 1964. My husband (Harvey) & I were married in 1967 & attended Linda & Kent's wedding in 1968. A cat attended, too, whom Linda then named "Marrying Sam." The 4 of us remained friends all this time, & we were very sad when Kent passed away. We kept in touch with Linda & had just sent her a birthday card, not knowing until today (3-1-22) that she had passed away. I did wonder, though, why she didn't answer the phone when we called for her birthday...

Very few people know that Kent's and my father, The Rev. Robert E. Lenhard, married Linda and Kent in the Episcopal church in Carmel, California in October, 1968. Linda's sister, Sandy, was maid of honor. I was Kent's best man.

Very sweet lady. I remember her and her husband from my place of work. Very friendly. Took time to chat and remember your name. I am certain Mrs Lenhard will be missed by family and friends.

She is where she wanted to be.....with Jesus Christ her Lord and Savior and with her beloved husband. She and I shared our love of God and his Word. I will looked forward to enjoying heaven with her
