Homegoing celebration will be held 12 Noon Sat. Dec. 7, 2019 at Guiding Light Church with burial at Elmwood Cemetery. She was survived by son, Ventoura Phillips and a host of other relatives and friends.

I served in the Naval Reserves with Linda where I got to know her very well. Linda was a kind soul who accepted the challenges in her life as stepping stones and she never stopped moving forward. God bless my friend for her example and I rejoice in knowing she is now in eternal peace.
