Not sure what to say?

God's most precious angel

The only way I can describe Mama is to say that she was the most perfect blessing that me, Melissa, and Papa have ever received. I will never forget her waking up ever single morning just to make sure that me and Mel had fresh fruit on the table and a yummy breakfast to eat before school. She went above and beyond for us, but the beautiful thing about that was she actually loved doing it. Her smile lit every room and her heart brightened each of our lives. If I had one more day with her, I...

I met Linda about a year ago. She called Yellow Cab and asked that a cab be dispatched to her house. I was fortunate to have been the one to pick her up. Over the next several months I became her regular cab driver, taking her to the grocery store, to see her doctor, to church and a variety of places. We had some lengthy and lively conversations and I got to see what a wonderful person she was. She loved her family and constantly talked about Madison and "Mel Mel". She was incredibly...

Linda and I went to elementary and jr high together at Floyd, and were in Brownies and Girl Scouts together. The memories keep coming. She was so even keeled, "sunny and 70," never stormy. And to Linda's mom, Mrs Brown, my mom has always thought the world of you. We wish you comfort and peace. Love, Karen

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Linda and I grew up together going to Weezy's and Aunt Virginia's. We had a great time. My heart is truly broken by her loss. I am so grateful that we had the opportunity to reconnect over the last year. She will always be one of my favorite people. My sincere sympathy is with Evelyn and the entire family.

I am so sad to loose my friend. I had the privilege to work with Linda for a number of years she was always kind and considerate of other people and found the good in everyone.
On our weekly lunch dates, she would always bring an extra pair of earrings (even if she had to buy them) because a lady did not go out in public without earrings (and I never wore them) and a lady never chewed gum.
Things I will remember about Linda are: she was fun, loved to laugh, loved life, loved...

I have such fond memories of Linda. We went to school together for 12 years. She will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Linda lived around the corner from me when we went to Floyd and Lanier, I rode to school with her and her brother sometime. Linda was so sweet and always a friend to everyone. A great loss.

You are in our thoughts and prayers.

To the family and friends of Linda, I am praying for you all. I knew Linda from Jr High and High School. She was a beautiful child of God with a big heart and warm smile. "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die;" Ecclesiastes 3:1-2. God took Linda home. Without a doubt I am sure that she glorified him in all she said and did. May you all feel the loving prsence of our wonderful God through this most difficult time....
