Billie and I were friends for many long years. I knew her to be kind, generous, intelligent and fun. We were mischievous in High School but she was a no nonsense business woman in later years. Her quiet, sweet personality sometimes led one to believe she was perhaps not the strong woman that we knew her to be. Paul, I will miss knowing she is there with you. I wish I could have experienced her warm presence once more.
