LINDA J. TOME (nee Kolar), age 80, beloved wife of the late Dennis; loving mother of Neil, Craig and Darren (Jennifer); proud grandmother of Bethany Schmidt; dear sister of William "Butch" Kolar, Jerry Kolar, Joyce Yates, Danny Kolar and the late Ray Kolar and Nancy Berish; aunt of many.  Passed away August 18, 2025.  Funeral Mass Friday, September 12, 2025, St. Patrick Church (West Park) at 10 A.M.  PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.  Friends may call at CHAMBERS FUNERAL HOME of CLEVELAND, 4420 ROCKY RIVER DR. My deepest condolences on the passing of your loving mother. I have known Linda since 1997. She was a devoted, dedicated, Clinical Nurse Manager for The Center For Family Medicine. She was strong in leadership and so very proud in being a Nurse. She was so very happy in receiving her hard-earned Certification in Clinical Practice. She had a gentle and kind soul. Linda was one of the big sisters of Tyler Ave. Very nice memories growing up across the street from the Kolars. My sympathy to her family.

To Linda’s family:
I knew your mom, mom/in-law, sister for many of our working years, plus during our early retirement years when we attended monthly luncheons with other FH retirees. We shared much laughter during those times.
