Not sure what to say?

Remembering Linda with love. Can still hear her burst of laughter.

I often cite Linda in speechs about political action. When she lobbied for a ban on smoking in public buildings, everyone dismissed this as an impossible cause. At the same time, State Sentor Betty Easley easily passed a law limiting noise. That law never has been enforced, while Linda's cause is so successful that no one smokes indoors anymore. The public education has to come along with the legislation.

It is good to remember seven years later you and all the positive energy you you brought to our world. The party began when you arrived. Your memory is a blessing. I have faith you are still doing it somewhere.

Your light shines on five years later. Miss you.

This week I saw two women in a red convertible with the top down having a great time. It reminded me of Linda. She always spread her joy of living to those around her.

I was so sad when I saw the obituary in the paper. While I wasn't a very close friend, I loved and admired Linda. She was a very special and passionate person. She will be missed and remembered fondly by many.

I remember fun rides in her red convertible (top down, of course!)and talks about how to stay healthy (I had never heard of anyone having a bowl of broccoli for dinner). A few years later she visited me in North Carolina. She had...

I'm in shock. A force of nature isn't supposed to die. I'll treasure many wonderful memories of my time with Linda in Tallahassee and St. Pete, and in Washington, DC, with Maura and Jeanne.

You will always be a bright light to me- great humor and inspiration!
