Linda King White

I just returned from Scotland to learn the sad news of Linda's passing. Sixty years ago, we were office mates at UNM and even though we lived on opposite sides of the country we still managed to keep in touch. She was one of the most caring people I've ever known. When my wife Donna suffered a stroke during a visit to Albuquerque, Linda and Charles came to the hospital to visit her; I'll never forget how lovingly Linda spoke to Donna in her final hours, and I'll always remember the tears...

I'm sure she had a lot to be thankful for, to the life she was given. Most good byes are hard. God Bless you....

Linda White was an incredible human being and above all educator. She went way above the call of duty for students she worked with as well as the staff. Rest in peace incredible lady.
