my thoughts and prayers go out to Lee's family, I worked with Lee who was called Sarge at the Sacto. Co. Water and Sewer Dept. he was liked by everyone,a very thoughtful and kind man. May he rest in peace

He was a good great grandpa.I,m going to miss him very very much.He was very cool.I realy loved him a lot.

Lee was my favorite uncle. He was always kind and friendly and always brought a gift when he came to see us when I was a boy. I remember that when I came to see him in California, he always cooked a lot of food for me. My dad always spoke highly of him. We will all miss him.
