I got to know Mike a few years back when I bought a piece of land from him in Northfield. He was a very independent strong willed guy and made some awesome donuts! We had some good times talking politics, drinking coffee, and having donuts at his kitchen table.

I got to visit mike in the nursing home twice and was going to see him again when I learned of his passing.We had some good times together, and I also used to help him and his brother during hay season.RIP mike I will miss you.
