Not sure what to say?

I just want to express my deepest sympathy towards Linette's closest family and friends. I had been one of her faithful Step Class Students at Bally's. She was so full of energy and really helped motivate me in my physical fitness plan. She always made sure everyone was "stepping" correctly, and always greeted us with a big smile. If you came to class fifteen minutes early, she'd be there, creating a new step for us, that she thought of on the way to the gym. Such a sweet girl. I'll miss her...

I felt that I knew Linette for a very long time though I just got to know her when she started to come to the Bally's at Fremont. She was always very energetic, excited, and responsible of her role as an intrustor there. She cared about her students and always wanted to help. She went extra miles when she could all the time. And I was lucky to get to know her as a friend. It surely hurts to see such a nice person/friend/instructor leaving us. Though she is not able to be with us physically...

I met Linette in 1999 when I began working with her at Sangstat, in Fremont. Since that time we became good friends. We did not see each other every week, but we keep in touch. She was the hardest working person that I have ever met. Linette truly enjoyed life and it was very uplifting for me to be her friend. She helped me in my journey to becoming healthy, and I am truly thankful to her in that respect. Linette I love you like a little sister and I miss you so much, but I know you are in a...

I met Linette when I was in sixth grade, 13 years ago. She was a good friend of my older sister, Kim. Linette and I also became friends as we got older. She was such a cheery person, it is really sad to see her go.

I really wish I could have attended to funeral, but currently living in Tokyo, it is impossible.

My heart goes out to her parents, and her brother, James.

I worked with Linette at Bally Total Fitness in Fremont. Although I only knew her for a short time, I enjoyed getting to know her and I know that her students did too. She always had a lot of energy and a friendly smile for everyone. She was a great person, a great fitness instructor, and she will be sorely missed by all of us.

Linette was always a happy person everytime I saw her on campus at Cal State Hayward. She truly will be missed and has touched so many of us.

I met Linette back in junior high and I've considered her a friend of mine ever since. In high school we were on the flag team together where I'd teach her cool dance moves at practice, and we worked together at the Cookie Gourmet. I'm really glad we got the chance to reunite, since high school, to hang out this year and share some fun times. My prayers go out to her family and friends to help them through this tough time.

I met Linette back at Cal State Hayward when she decided to participate in PCN (Pilipino Cultural Night) in 1998. A group of us always hung out in the parking lot way into the late night after dance practice. She was always the energetic one who was very sweet, caring, and sarcastic. She always brought a smile to the group and was extremely helpful. Linette will be truly missed. Her presence around family and friends will never be forgotten. God Bless her soul.

I will truly miss Linette. I 1st met Linette while teaching Aerobic at the 1st Lady Health Spa. Linette became an instructor and truly loved teaching Step Aerobic. Linette and I worked together at A local health club & I considered Linette my "Subbing Queen" for my step class because she was always available to help. May she rest in peace, and may God grant us all peace, especially her immediate family & friends.
