Obituary

CARTER, Linwood Allen, 56, died October 9, 2009. He is survived by two brothers, Leslie Carter Jr. and Daryl Carter; one sister, Brenda Rowe; three nieces, two nephews, two grandnieces and two grandnephews. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 17, 2009, at the Discovery United Methodist Church, 13000 Gayton Rd., Richmond, Va. 23233.

Linwood was a big part of my life, I have known him just about all my life. I fallen inlove with him at such a young age. Linwood i miss u and i am so glad i spent the summer with u.I miss u dearly and i know u r in heaven, please watch over me, u made my life so much easier knowing u was just a phone call away but i know u will be there in my darkest and happiest days that will come my way. Thank you for loving me even though i was young and stupid ,u watch me grow and knoe i am a woman....

With deepest sympathy. I was saddened to hear of Linwood's passing. Just hearing his name brings back joyous memories of a happier time when we had no worries and a life time ahead of us. Linwood, we will meet again with all our Manchester gang.

Linwood was a good friend. We shared many great times at Manchester High School and he will surely be missed. He is resting now God Bless you dear friend.
