Lionel was special and dear man, our time spent with him was always so enjoyable, his love of life was an inspiration. Our condolences to all this family and friends. Dennis and Diane Jennings

Our deepest sympathies to Audrey and the Houle family. Lionel always put a smile on everyone's face and will be greatly missed. In his time at The Renaissance, he always made the staff and Residents feel special in his own charming way.

Where to begin - 1991 when Audrey and I moved to Riverwest, Lionel was already next door. It was a warm welcome which continued for many years. Lionel introduced us to a very nice life style that he lived and enjoyed very much, whether it was boating, cruising, Palm Springs, fine dinning at the Royal Vancouver Yacht Club and many other wonderful events. We continued to keep in touch even after Lionel moved.
